進入平穩階段的歐美微逆市場,在未來仍是全球最大的主戰區。
相關機構預測,2021-2025年全球微逆的出貨量復合增速達到80%。未來7年,歐洲將產生1.3億臺微逆的市場缺口,擴張至全球范圍,這一數值預計將超過4億臺。
按照目前微逆產品平均市場單價為2000~3000元計算,又一個細分的萬億賽道即將形成。處于這個時代風口,中國微逆企業正在紛紛以創新和變革走向世界。
“按接單情況估算,我們預計明年微逆出貨量為50萬~100萬臺。”天技新能源董事長趙鵬表示,微逆的市場增長未來仍會處于快車道,但更考驗產品的安全性、穩定性及實用性等核心競爭力。
趙鵬進一步介紹說,由于氣候原因,戶外電網很不可控,所以微逆產品更需要匹配當地電網、居民的消費習慣和用電情況。

打造可以做儲能的微逆
不可控的戶外場景,不同電網的電壓、頻率、負荷,都導致用電需求的波動。
當微逆擁有儲能功能時,可以實現模塊化儲能,在電網異常時可以切換到離網供電,釋放存儲的電能以繼續供電。因此,配備儲能功能的微逆成為市場上的必然需求。

天技新能源的核心研發團隊都有15年以上的逆變器工作經驗,制造現場管理者均有10年以上的生產管理經驗。團隊成員根據海外地區不同的氣候和獨特環境,進行大量測試和收集數據,采用專利級別的全球首創拓撲結構,逐漸為醫院、學校、加油站等特殊具體場景打造專屬微逆。
主攻家庭型并離網微逆
實現離網功能的微逆,技術門檻更高。
天技新能源銷售總監李文科在“2023年全球逆變器趨勢峰會暨年度頒獎典禮”現場表示,便攜電源下一代中有代表性的逆變器,一定是并離網微逆。
公司董事長趙鵬也和潮電智庫的對話中強調了天技新能源微逆產品的離網優勢。
天技新能源的微逆產品,根據電網和負載的情況自動切換并網和離網兩種工作模式。在電網正常時實現自發自用、余電上網;在電網停電時,自動切換為離網模式,與蓄電池和負載組成一個獨立的微電網,保證負載的正常運行。
相比Enphase通過三級能量轉換AC耦合實現儲能,天技新能源團隊通過兩級能量轉換DC耦合來實現光伏儲能功能,把能效提得更高,性價比更高。
同時針對家庭微型并離網儲能需求,天技新能源提供智能的監控系統和運維平臺,為現代家庭實現一站式智能化光儲方案。
天技新能源第二代微逆體積小、散熱、防護等級高,內置了并離網切換功能,可以直接進行并離網切換,并內置MPPT的控制器。此款微逆可以把逆變器直接內置到便攜電源、家庭儲能單元,實現雙向逆變,適合有峰谷電價地區使用,幫助普通家庭用戶實現小功率削峰填谷用電需求,節約用電開支。
目前天技新能源Tribune系列EMS控制器,集成了(MPPT+交流)電池充電器和能源管理功能。它與天技新能源Tiger系列微逆變器一起創建家庭太陽能微儲能系統,最大輸出功率可達4KW。
同時EMS控制器采用光伏模擬器的特殊電路設計,可以搭配多種品牌逆變器使用,在家庭負載很小的情況下實現功率可控,做到完全光伏發電自發自用,節約開銷。這款控制器將在本月步入市場。
未來,公司也計劃打造3-4KW的大功率微逆出口于歐洲市場。

Peng further elucidated that due to climatic unpredictability, outdoor power grids demand micro-inverter products tailored to local grid compatibility, aligning with resident consumption patterns and power usage.

In the future, the company plans to develop 3-4KW high-power micro-inverters for export to the European market.
