德國居民雖可以在家中安裝5KW、10WK甚至更高的大功率并網儲能系統,但是安裝費用高達2000到3000歐一戶,成本太高;排隊等候安裝工的時間長、安裝費高、效率低。并且,市區中的眾多公寓樓屋頂空間有限,難以安裝足夠的光伏板。
